IOPSA Insurance forum Complaints Form and Procedure
This insurance complaints procedure and form, forms part of the Code of good practice; a voluntary initiative between participating Short-term Insurers and the Institute of Plumbing South Africa (IOPSA). The Institute of Plumbing South Africa (IOPSA) and the Short-term Insurer (STI) signatories to this Code of Good Practice - sustainable plumbing, recognise that behaviours make a real difference to a plumbing experience. The Code is designed with the single-minded purpose of promoting healthy, equitable and long-term relationship that provide consistent value for customers, plumbing service providers (PSP’s) and STI’s.
